My client is looking for high caliber to join as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operation of store and lead the team to achieve the team and individual target.
- Train and coach staff on product knowledge, customer services skills and selling techniques.
- Lead the team on customer relationship management. Strive to expand customer database and retain existing customers.
- Manage in-store events.
- Maintain product presentation and in-store VM according to company standard.
- Collaborate with other departments on daily operations, such as marketing, logistics, admin, etc.
Requirements:
- Non-degree tertiary or above in any disciplines.
- 6 years retail sales experience on luxury products. including 3 years in supervisory level.
- Possess sales experience in cybersecurity or computer network is an advantage.
- Strong at communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong at people management and leadership.
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Immediately available is highly preferred.
