The role is primarily responsible for providing analytical support on driving performance and strategy. This role reports to the partnership manager and will support the team on seamless delivery of business priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform regular performance tracking on business partners and cross checks of internal data
• Initiate analysis to provide insight and proactively identifying gaps, risks and opportunities for business growth and operation efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders on data driven tasks and communicate results to different teams
• Ensure delivery of data related projects updates and management, on time to a quality standard
• Support ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Qualification:

• University graduate or equivalent, studies in business analytics, data science, or computer science preferred.
• Internships/previous experience preferably within the Financial Services / Commercial industry
• Demonstrated strong analytical,  organizational and communication skills including project management
• Experience in SQL and working with large data stores or data sets a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (complex formula creation, pivot table creation, Power Query, Power Pivot)
• Able to work independently and demonstrate flexibility to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Superior attention to detail.
• Proficient in English & Cantonese
