Key Responsibilities
- Member Satisfaction: Continuously improve service standards and manage Member feedback.
- Operational Management: Plan and allocate work, set performance standards, and arrange training for staff.
- Financial Oversight: Achieve budget targets through realistic goal-setting, event planning, and cost control.
- Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to Club policies and safety regulations through regular inspections and audits.
- Program Development: Recommend and implement recreation and sports programs aligned with Member interests.
- Team Management: Make recruitment decisions and plan for succession of key roles.
Qualifications
- University degree in Recreation Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in sports and leisure, with 3 years in a managerial role.
- Experience in the hospitality industry is essential.
- Fluency in English; Cantonese preferred, Mandarin optional.
