We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Firewall Security Senior Engineer/Analyst to implement and optimize firewall policies, conduct audits, and provide technical supervision for our client. This role requires strong collaboration with security managers and effective coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and optimize firewall rule/change policies, including creating and optimizing policy packages and security standards;
• Perform Firewall Rule Audit in collaboration with Security Managers using automation tools;
• Implement security measures and provide technical supervision and advice as required;
• Utilize change management, request, and ticketing systems to document status updates and problem resolutions;
• Maintain a deep understanding of IPS, Firewall Rule Audit /compliance checks, and securing Perimeter/VPN Firewalls;
• Lead operational and project activities, ensuring smooth coordination with stakeholders;
• Work after business hours and on weekends as required (with compensatory time off during the week).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; relevant certifications are highly preferred;
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Security Operations/Projects;
• Excellent knowledge and expertise in Cisco ASA, FTD, DC environment, Fortinet firewalls and Skybox;
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
• Knowledge of network routing is a plus;
• Strong coordination and customer-handling skills, with the ability to take initiatives;
• Proficient in English, with Cantonese/Mandarin language skills preferred.
