Responsibilities 職責:
- Provide property consultancy services (both commercial & residential properties) for clients.
- 為客戶提供物業服務 (主要為住宅和商用物業)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
- 了解潛在客戶的需求和偏好，與客戶建立良好關係
- Meet and exceed sales targets to contribute to the overall success of the agency.
- 積極達成銷售目標

- Good communication skills in writing and speaking
- 具有良好溝通能力
- Sense of responsibility and target-oriented

- Previous experience in real estate or customer services is preferred
- 具有房地產或客戶服務經驗者優先考慮
