ITS Technical Lead

Ricoh is a leading provider of digital services and innovative solutions to support our customers’ digital transformation and business process optimization. To cope with our business expansion, we are looking a team of talent joining our Ricoh Family.

 

About Your Role:

- Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals in delivering technical solutions. 

-Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact issues across various systems and applications.

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Design and implement solutions to enhance system performance and reliability.

- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and propose preventative measures.

- Document troubleshooting processes and maintain technical documentation.

- Mentor and provide guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 support staff.

  • Does it sound like you?
  • - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • - Strong technical background with knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
  • - Knowledge in Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, Windows AD, Endpoint protection, VMWare and Veeam
  • - Good knowledge in LAN/WAN technology and networking environment is an advantage
  • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • - Good personal communication skills and positive mindset
  •
