Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
- Greet guests, manage reservations, and handle inquiries.
- Assist the restaurant captain in managing daily operations to ensure service quality.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Address guest feedback and resolve issues to enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
