Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk duties, including welcoming visitors and handling office-wide administrative tasks
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, expense claims, and company car arrangements
  • Provide secretarial support to senior executives, including travel arrangements and meeting coordination
  • Assist with company events and oversee renovation expenditures
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in office administration or secretarial roles; company secretarial experience is a plus
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing; fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills
