The Project Manager, Operations Transformation is accountable for all project management activities and governance, ensuring the successful and smooth execution of the operations transformation and innovation projects.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans detailing timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Team Leadership:

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including business SMEs, data scientists, business analysts etc., to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
Stakeholder Communication:

Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide regular updates on project progress.

Present project plans and reports to senior management.
Risk Management:

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies/Education:

Bachelor’s in business administration, project management, economics, or equivalent.

At least 7 years relevant experience in Project Management or Leadership

Agila / lean, PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Proficiency in relevant project management and analytical tools.

Self-motivated, independent with minimal supervision and excellent interpersonal skills
