We are seeking a skilled Network Implementation Engineer to manage global network projects across APAC, the US, and Europe on multiple products, including Cisco, Fortinet, Riverbed, etc. This role involves aligning with the customer’s internal processes and ensuring seamless implementation of network solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement network projects globally across APAC, US and Europe sites across various technologies, including Cisco, Fortinet, and Riverbed;
- Engage in design discussions;
- Produce low-level designs and documentation;
- Align and follow the customer's internal processes and requirements for project implementation;
- Actively participate in design discussions and planning;
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery and troubleshoot any issues that arise;
- Perform detailed documentation and hand over project implementations to Operations team;
- Flexibility to work across all time zones and non-office hours as required, including weekends (with compensatory time off during the week).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field;
- Minimum 7 years of experience in network implementation;
- Experience with the following Vendors’ products:
- Cisco (router, switch, firewall, Nexus switches)
- Fortinet (firewall)
- Riverbed (WAN optimization)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment and adapt to changing priorities;
- Proficient in English, with Cantonese/Mandarin language skills preferred.
