Our client is a leading insurance company, they are currently looking for a Customer Services Representative to support the team.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The role involves various administrative tasks such as managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and mailings, as well as compiling reports and conducting regular inventory checks. Additionally, the position involves supporting and coordinating customer activities and liaising with other business units and external vendors to facilitate customer relations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operation of the team
- Assisting with customer activities
- Supporting the preparation of various reports and presentation materials
