Sales / BD Manager / Executive
Responsibilities :
  • Lead sales and operation teams to achieve optimum channel coverage and to generate business opportunities
  • Led, mentored, and motivated the sales team to maximize performance and achieve targets
  • Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Understand market trends, and competitor activity and proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management
  • Work closely with different departments to deliver client projects
  • Build partnerships with different corporates/groups/property developers
Requirements : 
  • Higher Diploma or Degree holder with at least 10 years of business development experience.
  • Experience in retail leasing with sizable retail chains or property developers is preferred
  • Familiar with the retail property industry in the Hong Kong market
  • Proficiency in Excel to analyze market data
  • Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, aggressive and creative
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
