Project Coordinator / Customer Service Officer (Finance Sector)
Your role:
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality service and final product to customers and related working parties
  • Handle daily inquiries and job-related tasks, meeting with clients for pitching and operations; maintaining good communication with the Sales Team
  • Follow up on customers' inquiries, and service requests, coordinate internal and external parties, and proofread the typeset material for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Resolve clients’ complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal clients are meeting the expectations
We look for:
  • Diploma Holder or above
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience
  • Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good team spirit, pleasant, self-motivated, and responsible
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
