Your role:
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality service and final product to customers and related working parties
- Handle daily inquiries and job-related tasks, meeting with clients for pitching and operations; maintaining good communication with the Sales Team
- Follow up on customers' inquiries, and service requests, coordinate internal and external parties, and proofread the typeset material for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Resolve clients’ complaints and respond in a timely manner, ensure the feedback from external/ internal clients are meeting the expectations
We look for:
- Diploma Holder or above
- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Customer-oriented, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team spirit, pleasant, self-motivated, and responsible
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
