Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support all IT technical aspects at site offices
- Support the IT infrastructure, including computer hardware, application software and configurations for the company
- Perform daily technical support on Windows PC / Mac, related peripherals, MSOffice 365 and Google Gmail
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers and company personnel on IT and related procurement
- Monitor end-users computing performance, recommend any adjustments or improvements if necessary
- Perform inventory control of IT facilities, record keeping & documentations
- Act as Tier-1 IT support and escalate problems to Tier-2 supporting staff to resolve the problems together
- Perform any ad-doc task required by supervisor
- Manage Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Active Directory
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online in a hybrid deployment
- Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Teams Phone
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science / IT related subjects
- Holder of IT Industry Certificate such as MCSE / CCNA is a plus
- Minimum 2 solid experience in IT deskside support experience
- Experience in deploying, managing and supporting in MS Windows OS platform, MAC OS platform would be an advantage
- Experience in AWS cloud and Azure cloud would be an advantage
- Familiar with LAN/WAN/VPN/WIFI architecture and switching
- Sound knowledge in Active Directory, End-point security, VMware
- Certifications such as or equivalent to MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified
- Proficiency in written and spoken English / Mandarin / Cantonese
