Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulating brand operation plan goals to enhance company profitability, including planning deposit/trading customer activities, increasing the number of traders and depositors, improving customer retention rates, and controlling attrition rates;
- Communicate with colleagues from various departments to achieve the planned goals;
- Handle unexpected situations within the brand, including pricing anomalies, system service issues, and deposit service exceptions.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, majoring in Finance/Economics/Business;
- Proficient in HTML5 and reading JSON;
- Experience in back-office operations within the financial services industry is preferred, including securities, futures, and contracts for difference;
- Familiarity with financial products and a passion for the job;
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate with domestic and overseas colleagues.

入職要求:
- 持有認可大學畢業證書，主修財務/經濟/商務；
- 熟悉 HTML5 + read JSON；
- 曾有金融服務業之盤房經驗為佳，包括證券/期貨/差價合約等；
- 熟悉金融產品及對工作有熱誠；
- 流利英語及普通話，需跟國內及海外同事協作。
