Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily capital settlement and accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial processes.
2. Produce periodic settlement data for various business operations, providing comprehensive and accurate revenue data.
3. Coordinate the overall management of company funds, including planning, allocation, and monitoring.
4. Enhance settlement systems, develop settlement models, and mitigate business risks.
5. Optimize capital management and financial accounting processes to improve operational efficiency.
6. Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
7. Manage asset management, including crypto asset management and asset fund allocation, as part of treasury responsibilities.

 

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
2. Over 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 3 years in capital management or financial accounting.
3. Proficiency in capital flow management, financial accounting principles, and relevant regulations.
4. Familiarity with financial management software; experience in system optimization is a plus.
5. Strong numerical sensitivity and data analysis skills.
6. Knowledge of common data analysis techniques to identify and solve problems from relevant data.
7. Integrity, attention to detail, and a strong sense of risk awareness.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience or passion for the crypto industry.
- Knowledge of crypto-specific financial processes and tools.
