Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement sales strategies and plans to grow the general insurance business through intermediary channels.
• Identify potential business opportunities, propose customized solutions, and offer value-added services to corporate clients directly.
• Collaborate closely with in-house underwriters to perform prudent underwriting decisions, utilizing solid knowledge in risk management, underwriting principles, and policy terms & conditions.
• Prepare client proposals, presentation materials, regular reports, and data analysis.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure seamless collaboration with team members.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Actively contribute to fostering a positive, professional, and collaborative team culture.

Requirements:

• Degree holder, with recognized insurance professional qualifications (such as ANZIIF / ACII) as an advantage.
• Holder of valid General Insurance License (IIQE Paper 1 & 2 required).
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and preferably Japanese.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the General Insurance industry.
• Broad knowledge of commercial lines (Property & Casualty), with exposure to Marine Cargo, Medical, or Financial lines being a definite advantage.
• Strong presentation, client-facing, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-minded, proactive, and a good team player.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
