Our client is an online virtual game & they are seeking an analytical Ad Monetization Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of programmatic advertising and various ad formats. You will evaluate ad types—such as video, full-screen, and pre-roll—to maximize revenue and identify top ad providers for optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize programmatic ad campaigns to increase revenue.
- Test different ad formats to find the most effective monetization strategies.
- Collaborate with SSPs and DSPs to ensure high fill rates and competitive eCPMs.
- Analyze traffic sources to enhance ad visibility and engagement.
- Negotiate with ad providers for premium inventory.
- Monitor and report on campaign metrics, including impressions and revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends and ad tech innovations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital ad operations.
- Proven experience in programmatic advertising, ad operations, and traffic monetization.
- Strong knowledge of SSPs, DSPs, and ad networks.
- Familiarity with various ad formats, including video ads, full-screen ads, and pre-roll ads, and their impact on revenue.
- Expertise in identifying and collaborating with top-performing ad providers for improved fill rates and eCPMs.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and optimize results.
- Proficiency with ad tech tools such as Google Ad Manager, The Trade Desk, or similar platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills for collaboration with providers and internal teams.
