Retail Manager | Street wear brand

Responsibilities:

  • Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive foot traffic.
  • E-commerce: Oversee the online retail platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience while driving sales growth through digital channels.
  • Retail Operations: Manage day-to-day retail operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Optimize store performance by analyzing sales data and implementing best practices.
  • Leasing: Collaborate with the real estate team to identify and secure prime retail locations that align with our brand vision.
  • Merchandising: Curate and manage product assortments that reflect current trends and customer preferences, ensuring a compelling in-store and online presentation.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the fashion or streetwear sector.
  • Strong background in marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail operations and merchandising best practices.
  • Experience in leasing and negotiating retail spaces.
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
