Key Responsibilities:
- Actively engage with customers on the sales floor, building rapport and understanding their style preferences and needs
- Offer expert advice on garment selection, fit, and styling, guiding clients toward choices that suit their individual tastes
- Stay informed about the brand’s collections, fabrics, and trends to provide informed recommendations to clients
- Uphold the brand's image through professional demeanor, exceptional service, and a commitment to luxury and quality
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in high-end tailoring and/or luxury retail sales
- Exceptional eye for detail in both tailoring and customer service
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and provide personalized service
- Ability to offer innovative styling solutions and personalized recommendations for clients
