Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervisors, trainers, and instructors to create suitable fitness programs that meet the distinct needs and capabilities of members and guests.
- Provide monthly reports on the gym's revenue and performance to the manager, and implement effective measures to achieve the department's KPIs, such as member satisfaction ratings, facility utilization, subscription rates, and revenue from various sources like personal training, group exercise classes, dietician services, etc. Develop and execute corrective actions and improvement plans as needed.
- Assist the manager in devising marketing strategies and creating plans to promote the gyms and various fitness programs based on market research or studies, to boost usage and maximize revenue potential. Organize marketing campaigns, events, seminars, and promotional activities as required.
- Handle complaints and incidents, including accidents, emergencies, or thefts, in a professional manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience, including two years at the managerial level.
- Certification as a fitness trainer/personal trainer with ACSM, AFAA, NASM, ISSA, or ACE.
- Valid CPR and AED certification.
