We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive / Senior Executive / Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving business growth by promoting our diverse range of services.

Corporate Sales (HR Solutions | Recruitment | AI Transformation Solutions)
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients to expand our client base in recruitment, temporary staffing, payroll services, HR consultancy, and AI digital transformation.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that align with our service offerings.
  • Work closely with our recruitment, payroll, and consultancy teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and services.
  • Assist in formulating effective sales strategies and campaigns to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to senior managemen

About You

You must have demonstrable a hard working attitude, seeing challenges as opportunities, across busy, dynamic environments.  You will be a seasoned professional who is agile, works at a fast pace and shows resilience. Working autonomously, you will partner with the business and manage a wide range of stakeholders to ensure our client attracts and retains top talent.

  • Degree Holder
  • Outcome focused to deliver exceptional business result, be the owner and be accountable for the ultimate impact but not just the tasks
  • Passionate about developing relationships with people, whist demonstrating traits such as warmth, empathy and vulnerability
  • Proven experience in business development or sales. A sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving targets. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients. DNA is focused on building trust with our clients and candidates. We are looking for people to hold this value with the utmost importance
  • Fluency in English, Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) in both spoken and written
