- Coordinate and liaise with clients, sales, operations, and warehouse teams.
- Track shipments, generate invoices, and prepare monthly statements.
- Address client inquiries and complaints via phone and email, nurturing strong customer relationships.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation abilities while handling customer interactions.
- Fulfill other assigned ad-hoc duties as required.
About you.
- Possess a diploma or higher qualification.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or logistics operations, preferably within a logistics service provider.
- Display maturity, responsibility, a proactive learning attitude, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
- Exhibit initiative, a positive mindset, and strong organizational skills.
- Possess proficient written and spoken English skills
- Demonstrate effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Show proficiency in PC skills, Microsoft Office, and Chinese word processing.
- Prioritize client satisfaction through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
