Job Duties
- Develop CRM strategies for the shopping malls in Hong Kong.
- Provide business insights and recommendations to senior management for short and long-term strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with Innovative Marketing, Shopping Operations, and other related Business Units to expand and maintain the loyalty program member base.
- Analyze the member database and create innovative CRM promotion plans, including targeted marketing strategies and program portfolio planning.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the campaigns, making recommendations to improve member loyalty.
- Contribute to the formulation of activities and promotions for club members.
Requirements
- Hold a bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience in a related discipline, preferably in retail or loyalty program management.
- Possess strong business acumen, analytics skills, and the ability to deliver effective presentations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce is advantageous
