Responsibility :
- Support in the Human Resources functions, including but not limited to on/off-boarding arrangements, recruitment, payroll, C&B, MPF, etc;
- Assist in daily HR administrative duties such as maintain and update HRIS, attendance records, leaves management, filing and etc.
- Participate in HR projects, including salary reviews and performance appraisal;
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals.
- Provide office administration services, procurement of office supplies and other daily operations support
- Handle ad-hoc duties.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of solid HR work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must
- Positive and proactive attitude
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Detailed-minded, well-organized and responsible.
- Ability to work independently & meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese.
