Job Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for web, mobile, and other digital platforms.
• Conduct in-depth user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform and refine design solutions.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and deliver effective, user-focused designs.
• Produce detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Guide junior designers, provide feedback, and help develop design systems and workflows to improve team efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of UI/UX design experience
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive/adaptive design techniques.
• Working knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to collaborate effectively with developers is highly desirable.
• Communication and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and advocate for design excellence.
• An online portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.
