About the role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic BTCC Pool Hong Kong Limited' team in Yau Ma Tei Yau Tsim Mong District. As our Financial Controller, you will play a key role in overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, and contributing to the overall financial strategy. This is a full-time position offering excellent opportunities for professional development.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage all aspects of the company's financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial reporting
2. Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
3. Coordinate the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors
4. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and accounting standards
5. Provide strategic financial advice to the executive team, helping to drive business decisions
6. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
7. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function

What we're looking for

1. Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) with at least 8 years of post-qualification experience
2. Extensive experience in a senior financial management role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment
3. Excellent understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls
4. Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide strategic financial insights
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders at all levels
7. Proficient in using financial management software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
