IT Support ( No Shift Required )

Responsibilities:

    • Administer and maintain Windows Server environment, including DHCP, DNS, file servers, and Group Policy Objects (GPO)

    • Manage Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Active Directory

    • Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online in a hybrid deployment

    • Support and manage Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Teams Phone

    • Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches and firewalls

    • Oversee Veeam backup software and ensure data protection

    • Implement and maintain IT security practices in line with the company IT policies

    • Basic understanding on load balancers, such as KEMP LoadMaster

    • Basic support for Linux-based systems

    • Administer virtualization hosts, such as VMware vCenter

    • Handle daily IT helpdesk tasks and troubleshoot user issues, both on-site and remotely

    • Utilize PowerShell and command-line interfaces for scripting and automation

    • Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues on PCs

Qualifications:

        • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

        • 3+ years of experience in IT support and administration

        • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft 365

        • Experience with VDI solutions, such as Citrix Cloud and Sangfor VDI

        • Familiarity with network infrastructure, including switches and firewalls

        • Familiar with IT security concepts and practices, such as ISO 27001

        • Understanding of load balancers, Linux-based systems, and virtualization hosts

        • Proficient in PowerShell and command-line interfaces

        • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

        • Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English, both written and verbal

        • Ability to work independently and manage projects without constant supervision

        • Willingness to work outside regular business hours for maintenance and incident response

        • Certifications such as or equivalent to MCSA, MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, CompTIA Network+, or CompTIA Security+ are a plus

        • Candidate with more experiences will be considered as IT Support Specialist
