Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Windows Server environment (DHCP, DNS, file servers, GPOs).

Administer Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Azure AD.

Support Microsoft Exchange Server 2019 and Exchange Online (hybrid setup).

Oversee Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Teams Phone).

Monitor network infrastructure (switches, firewalls).

Manage Veeam backup for data protection and recovery.

Enforce IT security practices per company policies.

Handle IT helpdesk tasks, troubleshoot user issues (on-site/remote).

Resolve PC hardware issues.
Qualifications:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

1+ years in IT support/administration.
-
Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.

Proficient in PowerShell and CLI.
-
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Certifications (e.g., MCSA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+) a plus.
