HRBP ( Fintech Company | MNC | Welcome to IANG )

Our client is a MNC financial technology (FinTech) solution provider that specializes in creating trading platforms, digital marketing solutions tailored for the global financial industry. They are actively seeking a experienced HRBP to join their regional HR Team.

 

They focus on delivering innovative and efficient tools to enhance financial services and improve client engagement. Harnessing data-driven technologies and inventive business strategies, they strive to provide top-tier systems and premium services to clients worldwide, elevating their businesses to new heights

 
Responsibilities:
  • HR Business Partnering (HRBP) & Regional HR Management:
    Oversee HR operations across various countries in the region, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and practices for effective HR functioning.

  • Talent Acquisition (TA):
    Direct talent acquisition initiatives throughout the APAC region, aligning with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with business leaders to create strategies that attract, retain, and develop high-quality talent.

  • Office Expansion & Staff Retention:
    Play a pivotal role in facilitating the office expansion & staff retention, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and the establishment of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and the company’s culture.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Manage and prioritize relationships with regional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among teams. Offer strategic HR guidance to align HR initiatives with business requirements.

  • HR Strategy Development & Performance review :
    Assist in the formulation and execution of regional HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of HR experience, emphasizing talent acquisition and HR business partnering in the APAC region.

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and convert HR initiatives into actionable plans that support business objectives.

  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and operations remotely across diverse countries and cultures, while adapting to evolving priorities and situations.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to HR practices.
