DNA Recruit Partners is collaborating with a multinational FinTech group that specializes in creating trading platforms and digital marketing solutions for the global financial industry. Its business focuses on delivering innovative and efficient tools to enhance financial services and improve client engagement. They are actively seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their regional HR team, gain the opportunity to oversee operations across two major regional offices, enhancing HR leadership and strategic impact in a multicultural working environment.
 

 

HRBP, Regional role(Fintech Group | 45to 55k )

Responsibilities:

  • HR Business Partnering (HRBP) & Regional HR Management:
    Oversee HR operations across various countries in the region, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and practices for effective HR functioning.

  • Talent Acquisition (TA):
    Direct talent acquisition initiatives throughout the APAC region, aligning with organizational objectives. Collaborate closely with business leaders to create strategies that attract, retain, and develop high-quality talent.

  • Office Expansion & Staff Retention:
    Play a pivotal role in facilitating the office expansion & staff retention, including workforce planning, recruitment strategies, and the establishment of HR policies and procedures in compliance with local regulations and the company’s culture.

  • Stakeholder Management:
    Manage and prioritize relationships with regional stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among teams. Offer strategic HR guidance to align HR initiatives with business requirements.

  • HR Strategy Development & Performance review :
    Assist in the formulation and execution of regional HR strategies that support business goals, focusing on succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 8 years of HR experience, emphasizing talent acquisition and HR business partnering in the APAC region.

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous.

  • Proven ability to think strategically and convert HR initiatives into actionable plans that support business objectives.

  • Demonstrated success in managing teams and operations remotely across diverse countries and cultures, while adapting to evolving priorities and situations.

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach to HR practices.
