Head of Communication & Marketing (Developer)

DNA Recruit Partners is partnering up with a long established real estate company with a diversified business portfolio covering hotels and serviced apartments, F&B beverage. Their Hong Kong office is looking for a Head of Communication & Marketing. You will spearhead the transformation of the company's image to a modern and dynamic brand. 

Immediately available candidates are highly preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a modern and innovative communication and marketing strategy to transform the company's image and drive growth
  • Lead a team of communication and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns and initiatives
  • Enhance and maintain the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all communication channels
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, market trends, and competition, and use insights to inform strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate leads
  • Create compelling content for digital platforms, social media, press releases, and internal communications
  • Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and partners to enhance visibility and reputation
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of communication and marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Stay updated on industry trends and leverage innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement
  • Manage the communication and marketing budget effectively.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role within communication and marketing, preferably in a similar industry or organization.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate business objectives into captivating communication and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing your ability to craft compelling narratives and captivating stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
