Create and implement RPA solutions utilizing UiPath.

Analyze business processes to identify areas for automation and propose RPA solutions.

Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for RPA projects.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process design documents, technical specifications, and user manuals for RPA solutions.

Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance RPA solutions continuously.

Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote effective use of RPA tools.

Experience in automation development with at least one major RPA tool (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is required for this role.

A minimum of 2 to 5 years of overall IT development experience, with at least 2 years specifically in UiPath.

Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Excel (VBA), MS Visio, MS Access, and MS Word.

Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL Server and Oracle.

• Experience with multiple RPA tools is a plus.

• Knowledge of automation in business processes, particularly in Finance & Accounting (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A), is highly desirable; experience in other areas such as HR and procurement is also beneficial.

• Development experience in programming languages or platforms like .NET, VB, VBA, VC++, C++, or J2EE would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
