DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with an alternative investments, asset management, and private credit solutions' financial services group. They are now looking for an Operation Manager with solid experience in funds management. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions, ensuring seamless processes across compliance, client onboarding, and back-office activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to optimize workflows, implement technology solutions, and maintain regulatory standards.

Operation Assistant (EAM SFC type 1 | Family Office, Well-funded AUM )
Responsibilities:
    • Wealth Management Assistance: Support Relationship Managers in clients account opening, administrative tasks, and filing

    • Administration & Compliance: Ensure accurate documentation (KYC, AML checks), and assist with regulatory reporting.

    • Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

    • Provide Business management support to assure efficient and smooth completion of trade execution

    • Manage and follow up on new account opening and closure documentation to ensure full compliance to the requirement before passing the documents. Assist with completing sales documentation and related processes e.g. client profiling / KYC.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and files, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirement

Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field is required.

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supporting role within the banking, wealth management, or financial services industry.

    • Recent graduates with exceptional academic achievements and relevant internship experience are also welcome to apply

    • Highly discreet with a client-first mindset; demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost professionalism and integrity.

    • Strong understanding of financial products and services, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments. Knowledge of current market trends and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.

    • Familiarity with KYC/AML regulations and compliance procedures.

    • Holder of a Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (HKSFC) Type 1 license is a significant advantage.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) is essential. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other financial data platforms is a plus.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Cantonese/Mandarin are required.
