DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with an alternative investments, asset management, and private credit solutions' financial services group. They are now looking for an Operation Manager with solid experience in funds management. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions, ensuring seamless processes across compliance, client onboarding, and back-office activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to optimize workflows, implement technology solutions, and maintain regulatory standards.

Business Analyst (D365 F&O) | Luxury Retail , Quarry Bay
Responsibilities:

            • Involved in consulting for the Microsoft D365 F&O retail supply chain product solution.

            • Responsible for implementing Microsoft D365 F&O products based on project requirements, including requirement analysis, business process optimization, solution design, system testing, and launch support.

            • Develop tailored solutions utilizing Microsoft D365 F&O products that align with customer needs and industry specifics.

Requirements:

            • Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, logistics, or a related field.

            • Knowledge of retail supply chain business practices.

            • Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O.

            • Over 5 years of relevant experience in the ERP industry, with more than 4 project implementations.

            • Strong communication skills, a collaborative team spirit, and a high level of responsibility and professionalism.

            • Possession of Microsoft certifications is a significant advantage, including:

              • MB-300: Microsoft Dynamics 365: Core Finance and Operations

              • MB-340: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce Functional Consultant

            • Proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.
