Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field.

1 to 3 years of experience in business and online environments, particularly in e-commerce operations or content management.

Strong experience in managing web/app/WeChat channel operations, with familiarity in UI/UX design, product requirements, and Scrum/Agile methodologies; experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.

Knowledge of website design and production, content management systems, and an ability to pay attention to detail regarding content and user behavior.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships and negotiate effectively with business partners.

A proactive problem solver with strong analytical capabilities.

Proficiency in written English and Cantonese, with conversational English skills.
