DNA Recruit Partners is partnering with an alternative investments, asset management, and private credit solutions' financial services group. They are now looking for an Operation Manager with solid experience in funds management. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operational functions, ensuring seamless processes across compliance, client onboarding, and back-office activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to optimize workflows, implement technology solutions, and maintain regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:
        • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, negotiate, and prioritize product requirements that align with our strategic objectives and agile practices.

        • Use usage metrics, research, and business impact assessments to make informed prioritization decisions regarding product features and components.

        • Convert business needs into detailed requirements for development teams by creating user stories and maintaining documentation on our wiki.

        • Work closely with Product Managers and Technical Leads to align product development efforts with sprint goals and timelines.

        • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating with designers, developers, and QA teams to ensure high-quality deliverables for each sprint.

        • Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) test cases with business partners, ensuring thorough tracking and resolution of issues.

        • Manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, focusing on scalability, integration, and building robust platforms with an emphasis on reusable features and components.

        • Regularly update the digital product management team on product development progress, providing insights and feedback.

Requirements:
        • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

        • Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in platform development, emphasizing feature and component reusability.

        • Extensive experience working within Agile teams; certification in Scrum is a plus.

        • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese.

        • Ability to effectively collaborate with both in-house and vendor development teams across locations including Hong Kong, Mainland China, the US, and India in an agile environment.

        • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach and adaptability to agile methodologies.

        • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

        • Experience in creating user stories for both front-end and back-end systems, addressing non-functional requirements with a focus on scalability, security, and performance under load.

        • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple product initiatives while embracing agile practices.

        • Must be able to work on-site in Hong Kong.
