Create and maintain comprehensive test cases based on system specifications and user stories.

Develop a robust test strategy, balancing API and UI testing effectively.

Collaborate with Development, QA, and Product teams to ensure clear communication.

Document, troubleshoot, and isolate issues encountered during testing phases.

Conduct various verification activities, including functional and regression testing, as well as documentation review.

Design, implement, and maintain complex testing environments.

Navigate trade-offs when faced with competing business demands.

Uphold quality standards in all deliverables.

Work both independently and collaboratively while maintaining high productivity.

Manage tasks effectively under tight deadlines and pressured situations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred.

3+ years of testing experience in software quality assurance.

Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, including writing, presentation, and verbal skills.

Experience testing web, iOS, Android, and WeChat applications.

Familiarity with various software quality and testing methodologies.

Knowledge in developing test cases and test strategies.

Experience working in an agile environment is preferred.

Proficiency in API testing is a plus.
