Oversee all incoming and outgoing correspondence and manage mail distribution.

Work with external vendors for office maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of facility issues.

Handle the procurement and management of office supplies, ensuring they are available and purchased cost-effectively.

Keep records of incoming mail and franking machine usage, and prepare administrative reports for the supervisor.

Coordinate transportation tickets for staff business trips as needed.

Arrange room setups and provide logistical support for company events and meetings.
-
Maintain the safety and security of the office premises, including coordinating emergency light inspections, fire drills, and Health & Safety initiatives.

Manage arrangements for expatriates’ mobile phones, office setups, furniture, and housing necessities.

Assist with general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an administrative support position.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possesses a strong sense of accountability.

Strong communication and time management skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer applications.

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
