                     • Space Management: Oversee space allocation, plan layouts, and ensure efficient utilization of retail areas within the prestigious shopping complex.

                     • Legal Compliance: Ensure lease agreements adhere to regulations, handle lease renewals, and manage legal aspects of tenant contracts effectively.

• • • • 1. • • • • • • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines is preferred 

                     • Experience in property management or leasing from shopping mall, residential, commercial space

                     • Minimum 2 years working experience

                     • Welcome candidates from MT programs

                     • Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
