Job Duty:
- Providing support in a wide range of executive functions including departmental
- administration, executive and policy support, scheme administration and event
- management, etc.;
- Assisting to prepare documents for tenders and management programmes;
- o provide administrative and logistic support for meetings, seminars and training
- programmes;
- To assist in handling other office routines, including compiling returns and reports;
- To handle enquiries from other contractors and public;
- To perform outdoor work as required.
Requirement:
- A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent;
- At least three (3) aggregate years' post-degree full-time experience in administrative and management work, preferably in Government/public bodies;
- Preference may be given to candidates who have experience in procurement of services contracts;
- Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Good computer knowledge including Microsoft (MS) Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing; and Good communication and interpersonal skills.
