Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems, processes, and best practices that contribute to improved efficiency and productivity.

Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure seamless coordination and performance.

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute business strategies aligned with company goals.

Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to ensure operational effectiveness and cost efficiency.

Establish KPIs and monitor performance metrics to ensure targets are met.

Lead and mentor department heads and operational staff to maintain high performance standards.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and applicable regulations.

Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and stakeholders to support operational goals.

Prepare reports and updates for senior management and the board.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

Proven experience in a senior operations or general management role.
