Support long-term relationships with key clients, including premium retailers, global distributors, and luxury hospitality partners. Handle client inquiries, coordinate promotional activities, and ensure optimal product visibility and service.

Contract & Promotion Coordination
Prepare contract documents and promotional materials for retail and distributor partnerships. Assist the Sales Manager in negotiations, ensuring pricing and promotional strategies align with brand standards.

Premium Retail & Hospitality Channel Assistance
Coordinate with high-end department stores, boutiques, luxury hotels, and fine dining venues to facilitate product placements, wine list inclusion, and exclusive events, maintaining the brand’s prestige and visibility.

E-Commerce & Private Channel Support
Assist in managing campaigns on leading e-commerce platforms by preparing promotional content and tracking sales data. Support private channel initiatives such as elite club activations and corporate gifting programs.

Brand Marketing & Visibility Support
Contribute to brand marketing efforts by preparing campaign materials and ensuring product displays and promotional activities meet premium standards and market expectations.

Market Analysis & Reporting
Collect data on market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior. Compile actionable reports to support the Sales Manager’s strategic planning and decision-making.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Work with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to execute market-specific activities. Ensure operational efficiency and full compliance with import/export regulations, tax requirements, and local laws.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

Experience:
-
3-5 years in premium consumer goods, retail, or client services, with international market experience preferred.

Knowledge of traditional retail or distribution channels in Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Myanmar, France, or the USA, excluding travel retail (duty-free).

Proven experience in client management, sales support, or market analysis.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, adept at handling client needs and inquiries.

Basic sales support skills, capable of preparing quotations and contracts.

Proficient in data analysis, with experience in compiling market reports.

Familiarity with promotional campaign execution, supporting premium brand initiatives.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

職位概述
作為【客戶經理(銷售)-國際市場】,您將常駐香港,協助國際市場銷售經理管理指定市場(日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、緬甸、法國、美國,不包括旅遊零售)的客戶關係、銷售支援與市場推廣活動。您將支援高端零售商與分銷商,協調銷售與促銷計劃,並提供市場分析,以提升品牌表現。
主要職責

客戶協調與通路支援
與高端零售商、分銷商及餐旅合作夥伴協作,協調訂單、促銷及物流事宜,協助業務經理管理各重點市場之零售與分銷通路。
銷售支援與目標追蹤
協助執行年度與季度銷售計劃,製作銷售報告,追蹤高端零售、精緻餐飲及電商通路之業績指標,確保與營收目標一致。
高價值客戶支援
支援與高價值客戶(如高端零售商、全球分銷商、奢華餐旅集團)之長期合作關係,處理客戶詢問、協調促銷活動,確保產品最佳曝光。
合約與促銷協調
準備與分銷商及零售夥伴合作所需之合約文件與促銷素材,支援業務經理進行談判,並確保定價與促銷策略符合品牌標準。
精品零售與餐旅通路支援
協助與高端百貨、精品店、奢華酒店及高級餐廳之聯繫,安排產品陳列、酒單曝光及專屬活動,確保品牌形象得以延續與強化。
電子商務與私人通路支援
協助管理主要電商平台行銷活動,製作促銷內容並追蹤銷售數據,以吸引高端消費者。支援私人通路計畫,如高端俱樂部活動或企業贈禮專案。
品牌行銷與能見度支援
協助品牌行銷活動,準備推廣素材,確保產品陳列與促銷活動符合高端市場之標準與品牌形象。
市場分析與報告整理
蒐集市場趨勢、競爭者動態與消費者偏好等數據,整理成具行動力的報告,支援業務經理制定策略決策。
跨部門協作與法規遵循
與行銷、物流與財務團隊合作,執行各市場專屬活動,確保營運效率並遵守進出口、稅務及當地法規要求。
任職資格
學歷
- 商業、行銷或相關科系學士學位
經驗
- 3 至 5 年高端消費品、零售或客戶服務經驗,具國際市場經驗者優先
- 熟悉日本、韓國、新加坡、馬來西亞、緬甸、法國或美國的傳統零售或分銷渠道(不包括旅遊零售)
- 具備客戶管理、銷售支援或市場分析的實務經驗
技能
- 優秀的溝通與協調能力,善於處理客戶需求與查詢
- 具備基本銷售支援技能,能夠準備報價單與合約
- 熟悉數據分析,能彙整市場報告
- 熟悉促銷活動執行,能支援高端品牌推廣
- 熟悉 MS Office(Excel、PowerPoint)及 CRM 工具操作
