My Client is an internationally renowned consumer goods company specializing in the premium market, dedicated to expanding its global presence through exceptional products and brand value. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Manager - International Market to join our Hong Kong team, driving success in retail and distribution channels across international markets.

Responsibilities
    • Market Development & Channel Management
      Develop and manage retail and distribution partners across key markets, negotiating strategic partnerships to increase brand exposure and market share.

    • Sales Strategy & Target Management
      Formulate and execute annual and quarterly sales plans, allocate targets to key partners across premium retail, fine dining, and e-commerce channels, and monitor performance to ensure alignment with revenue goals.

    • High-Value Client Relationship Management
      Establish and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients including premium retailers, global distributors, and luxury hospitality groups, ensuring optimal product visibility and promotional impact.

    • Contract Negotiation & Pricing/Promotion Strategy
      Lead contract negotiations with distributors and retail partners. Design pricing structures and promotional activities that balance brand positioning with profitability.

    • Premium Retail & Hospitality Channel Promotion
      Collaborate with high-end department stores, boutiques, luxury hotels, and fine dining venues to secure core placements, wine list features, and exclusive events that elevate the brand’s prestige.

    • E-Commerce & Private Channel Development
      Partner with top e-commerce platforms to drive data-driven campaigns targeting premium consumers. Expand into private channels such as elite clubs and corporate networks for gifting or exclusive event opportunities.

    • Brand Marketing & Visibility
      Plan and execute brand marketing initiatives to communicate brand value. Ensure product displays and promotional activities align with premium standards and market expectations.

    • Market Analysis & Strategic Insights
      Collect and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences. Deliver actionable reports to support business and marketing strategies.

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Regulatory Compliance
      Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to plan and execute market-specific activities. Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with import/export, tax, and local regulatory standards.

Requirements:  
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields

    • Experience:

      • 4 years in premium consumer goods or retail sales, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.

      • Strong knowledge of retail or distribution channels in Asia Pacific, Europe & US with proven market development and client management experience.

      • Demonstrated success in sales management, account management, or business development, ideally in premium consumer goods.

      • Focusing on traditional retail and distribution channels.

    • Skills:

      • Exceptional ability to develop and execute sales plans, with strong data analysis and KPI monitoring.

      • Superior negotiation and account management skills, experienced with international retailers and distributors.

      • Proficient in market analysis, delivering consumer and competitor insights.

      • Experience in premium brand promotion and event planning.

      • Knowledge of international trade and local regulations (import/export, tax, compliance).

    • Languages:

      • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

      擬定並執行年度與季度銷售計劃,針對主要市場與重點通路(如高端百貨、精緻餐飲、電商)分配銷售目標,追蹤進度並即時調整策略以確保達標。

    • 高端客戶關係經營
      建立並維護與高價值客戶(高端零售商、全球分銷商、奢華酒店)的長期合作關係,確保產品於核心通路的最佳陳列與推廣效益。

    • 合約談判與價格/促銷策略
      主導與經銷商、零售商的合作協議與價格談判,規劃符合品牌高端定位的促銷活動與價格策略,確保市場競爭力與獲利能力。

    • 精品與餐旅通路推廣
      與高端百貨、精品專賣店、奢華酒店及高級餐廳合作,爭取產品於核心陳列與酒單曝光,並策劃專屬活動以強化品牌形象與消費體驗。

    • 電子商務與私人通路開發
      與知名電商平台合作推動數據導向的行銷活動,拓展高端消費族群;同時發展高端俱樂部與企業通路,推廣作為高級贈禮或私人活動專用商品。

    • 品牌推廣與行銷執行
      組織品牌行銷活動,傳遞品牌核心價值,確保產品陳列與推廣符合高端市場之標準與消費者期望。

    • 市場分析與策略建議
      定期收集並分析市場趨勢、競爭者動態與消費者偏好,撰寫市場洞察報告,支援整體行銷與業務決策。

    • 跨部門協作與法規合規
      與行銷、物流、財務等部門協同作業,策劃市場專屬活動與供應計畫,並確保作業流程符合各地進出口、稅務與營運法規,降低風險。

  • 任職資格

    學歷

    • 商業、行銷或相關科系學士學位

    經驗

    • 4 年高端消費品或零售銷售經驗,其中 4 至 6 年具備管理職經驗
    • 深入了解亞太、歐洲與美國的零售或分銷渠道,具備成功的市場開發與客戶管理經驗
    • 曾於高端消費品行業擔任銷售管理、客戶管理或業務拓展職位並取得實績
    • 專注於傳統零售與分銷渠道的經營與拓展

    技能

    • 出色的銷售計劃制定與執行能力,擅長數據分析與KPI監控
    • 優異的談判技巧與客戶管理能力,熟悉國際零售商與分銷商合作模式
    • 精通市場分析,能提供消費者與競爭對手的深入洞察
    • 具備高端品牌推廣與活動策劃經驗
    • 熟悉國際貿易與當地相關法規(如進出口、稅務、合規要求)

    語言能力

    • 流利英語、粵語及普通話
