Responsibilities

- Assist in executing product marketing initiatives targeting High Net Worth (HNW) customers, ensuring alignment with target customers’ expectations, needs, and business goals.
- Assist in conducting research on HNW customer preferences, market trends, and competitors to shape effective go-to-market plans.
- Support the creation, editing, and maintenance of marketing materials, including brochures, videos and digital content, to support product launches.
- Perform editorial and proofreading tasks to ensure high levels of accuracy and quality of content.
- Collaborate with external agencies and production houses to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to secure approvals, ensuring compliance with company branding, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder interests.
- Support the team with marketing administrative tasks and various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing support, administration, or communications; experience in insurance, financial services, or HNW marketing is a plus but not required. Advertising agency experience in the financial sector is also welcome.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market research findings.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent proofreading and organizational skills.
- Reliable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing; Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator is an advantage.
