Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with vendors to secure optimal terms and pricing.
• Responsible for order planning, allotment, and stock level management.
• Monitor inventory and control discounts.
• Manage pricing and samples.
• Assist in marketing planning and product caption preparation.
• Analyze sales data to prepare sales analysis and reports for implementing product strategies.
• Attend international sales meetings and trade shows to maintain close relationships with principals.
• Explore new product lines, house labels, licensing items, and SMUs; propose new items and factory sourcing.

Requirements:

• Full-time university graduate (any major). 
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or sales of outdoor and casual wear in Hong Kong.
• Experience in import, wholesale, and retail trades.
• Passion for outdoor activities.
• Knowledge of outdoor and sports products.
• Willingness to travel to the USA, Europe, and Japan.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Senior Purchasing Executive.
