My Client is an internationally renowned consumer goods company specializing in the premium market, dedicated to expanding its global presence through exceptional products and brand value. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager - Hong Kong Market to join our Hong Kong team, driving success in retail and distribution channels in Hong Kong (excluding travel retail).

Responsibilities
      • High-End Retail Channel Management: Develop and manage premium retail channels in Hong Kong, such as luxury department stores and boutiques, negotiating agreements to secure optimal product placement and promotions, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury image.

      • Hotel and Restaurant Channel Promotion: Partner with Hong Kong’s high-end hotels and restaurants to promote products on wine lists and banquet menus, organizing tasting events to elevate brand visibility and drive sales.

      • Distributor and Wholesale Channel Collaboration: Manage relationships with Hong Kong’s premium goods distributors, coordinating inventory, promotions, and logistics to ensure consistent product availability while preventing parallel trading or price disruptions.

      • E-Commerce and Online Retail Expansion: Collaborate with local and cross-border e-commerce platforms to launch online promotional campaigns, leveraging data analytics to optimize sales strategies and target premium consumers.

      • High-End Clubs and Private Channel Development: Build connections with Hong Kong’s exclusive clubs and business networks, promoting products as premium gifts or for private events, enhancing brand exclusivity.

      • Sales Target Achievement: Formulate and execute annual and quarterly sales plans, allocate targets across channels, monitor progress, and adjust strategies to meet performance goals.

      • Market Analysis and Compliance: Gather Hong Kong market trends, competitor insights, and consumer preferences, delivering analytical reports to support marketing strategies, while ensuring channel operations comply with local regulations.

Requirements:  
    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing

    • Experience:

      • 4 years in premium consumer goods or retail sales, with 4-6 years in a managerial role.

      • Proven expertise in Macau’s high-end retail, hotel and restaurant, distributor, or e-commerce channels (excluding travel retail), with a track record of successful market development and client management.

      • Demonstrated success in sales management, account management, or business development within premium consumer goods.

    • Skills:

      • Exceptional ability to develop and execute sales plans, with strong data analysis and KPI monitoring.

      • Superior negotiation and client management skills, experienced with Macau retailers, distributors, and hospitality clients.

      • Proficient in market analysis, delivering consumer and competitor insights.

      • Expertise in premium brand promotion, including event planning and online marketing.

      • Knowledge of international trade and Macau regulations (import/export, tax, compliance).

    • Languages:

          • Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.

  • 酒店與餐飲渠道推廣:與香港的高端酒店與餐廳合作,將產品納入酒單與宴會菜單,舉辦品酒活動以提升品牌能見度並促進銷售。

  • 分銷與批發渠道協作:管理與香港高端商品分銷商的合作關係,協調庫存、促銷與物流安排,確保產品穩定供應,同時避免平行貿易或價格波動。

  • 電子商務與線上零售拓展:與本地及跨境電商平台合作,推動線上促銷活動,運用數據分析優化銷售策略,鎖定高端消費者市場。

  • 高端會所與私人渠道開發:建立與香港專屬會所與商業網絡的聯繫,推廣產品作為高端禮品或私人活動飲品,提升品牌專屬形象。

  • 銷售目標達成:制定並執行年度與季度銷售計劃,為各渠道分配銷售目標,監察進度並調整策略以實現業績目標。

  • 市場分析與合規管理:蒐集香港市場趨勢、競爭對手動態與消費者偏好,提供分析報告以支援行銷策略,同時確保各渠道運作符合法規要求


任職資格:

  • 學歷
  • 商業或市場營銷學士學位
  • 經驗
  • 4 年高端消費品或零售銷售經驗,其中 4-6 年具備管理職經歷
  • 熟悉澳門高端零售、酒店餐飲、分銷或電商渠道(不包含旅遊零售),具成功市場開發與客戶管理經驗
  • 曾於高端消費品領域擔任銷售管理、客戶管理或業務拓展職務,並有顯著成效
  • 技能
  • 優異的銷售計劃制定與執行能力,擅長數據分析與KPI監控
  • 出色的談判技巧與客戶管理能力,熟悉澳門零售商、分銷商及酒店餐飲客戶
  • 精通市場分析,能提供消費者與競爭對手洞察
  • 深入了解高端品牌運營,具備活動策劃與線上行銷經驗
  • 熟悉國際貿易與澳門法規(進出口、稅務、合規等)
  • 語言能力
    • 流利粵語、英語及普通話
