Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, final payment, EC handling, MPF issues & taxation return
- Partner with People and IT teams to gather and document HRMS requirements.
- Review and align current HR processes with system capabilities.
- Support data migration through analysis and validation to ensure accuracy.
- Planning and performing upgrades for database systems and the Student Administration System
- Deliver training and create user documentation for HRIS users.
- Handle other tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
- Around 5 years of experience in HR related fields.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
- Strong skills in data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Good command of in both written and spoken English and Chinese
