HR Executive (Kwun Tong, Up to 30k)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all compensation & benefits policies, processes and initiatives, including but not limited to monthly payroll calculation, final payment, EC handling, MPF issues & taxation return
  • Partner with People and IT teams to gather and document HRMS requirements.
  • Review and align current HR processes with system capabilities.
  • Support data migration through analysis and validation to ensure accuracy.
  • Planning and performing upgrades for database systems and the Student Administration System
  • Deliver training and create user documentation for HRIS users.
  • Handle other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.
  • Around 5 years of experience in HR related fields.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Good command of in both written and spoken English and Chinese
