We are looking for an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our Enterprise Business team. This role involves managing client accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, account management, and customer success, with a focus on ICT projects such as finance, government, innovation, and real estate industries.

(Technical) Account Manager (up to 65k)

Responsibilties: 

  • Manage client accounts, ensuring timely maintenance and development of client relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support client needs and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities within specific sectors.

Requirements: 

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, and customer success.
  • Proven experience in managing ICT projects such as finance, innovation, real estate, higher education, SME industries, etc.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with relevant products and services is a plus.
  • Good command of both Chinese and English.
