Provide technical support and troubleshooting for services running on AliCloud, including ECS, OSS, RDS, VPC, SLB, Function Compute, and more.
Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to incidents, alerts, and service degradation issues.
Assist in provisioning, configuration, and optimization of cloud resources on Alibaba Cloud.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud architecture and deployment.
Handle incident management, root cause analysis, and service restoration.
Maintain and update documentation related to system configurations, standard procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Work with Alibaba Cloud technical support and account managers to resolve advanced infrastructure issues.
Implement and enforce security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001) in the cloud environment.
Assist in cloud cost optimization and resource management.
Stay up to date with new features and services from Alibaba Cloud and recommend improvements.
F.5 or above
At least 2-3 years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.
Strong knowledge of Alibaba Cloud (Aliyun) platform services and architecture.
Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.
Experience with Linux/UNIX system administration
Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).
Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
Good understanding of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines
